Members of the BRICS shall cooperate within the organization to achieve its resource, purpose and goals, and shall comprise the following: 鈼 Active members 鈼 Regular members and Y-BRICS (under 35 years old) 鈼 Observation members |

Active Members |
|
An active member shall be a membership who shows reputation in the field of IBD in his/her country and elected by the directors (presidents and governing board). The number of active members shall be less than forty persons (Ten persons each from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa). |

Regular Members and Y-BRICS |
|
A regular member or Y-BRICS (under 35 years old) shall be a membership fee-paying individual from Brazil, Russia, India or China. |

Observation Members |
|
An observation member shall be a membership other than Brazil, Russia, India or China that agrees with and supports the purpose of the BRICS. |
MEMBERS
